How many toilets do I need for my event?

You can source many online calculators to gain an idea of how many toilets you may need for an event. We would suggest roughly one toilet per 40 people over 5 hours.
The main factors of which you need to consider
• How many people will attend the event
• Will there be food consumed
• Will there be drink consumed
• Will the guests be camping
• Will you need a service
When you consider the above points to may have to adjust the amount that may have been suggested as the toilet calculator is just a standardised guideline.
For example, if the drink that is being consumed at the event is alcohol, the level of toilet trips will increase….
