Event details: The annual 10k event was organised by Yes to Life in the amazing Victoria Park. Yes To Life is a charity that empowers people living with cancer to take well informed steps regarding their care options. The charity provides useful information to steer people through the complex options around their lifestyle and assist with access to expect knowledge. The race was held on an ultra fast course with tarmac surfaces that is ideal for beginners and a great recipe for a personal best. It took place on the 24th of September 2017, and kicked off by 11 am.
Work carried out: The venue of the 10k race was held at Victoria Park in Bow, Greater London. Our team was contacted by the race organisers to supply disabled toilets. We understood the park is quite expansive with about 86.18 hectares of open space. The location and size of the venue made it quite easy for the delivery and placement of the disabled toilet unit.
Results achieved: We supplied a super clean disabled unit at the event. This disabled facility was provided on time and we worked with the organisers to ensure it was placed in an appropriate area that was easily accessible to participants. Overall, the organisers and runners were happy that a clean disabled unit was provided to cater for people.
