The Ashwell Show is a horse farm and family festival that took place during the bank holiday in a large site which is a few miles from junction 10 of the A1(M). The South Cambridgeshire Dog Training Club attended as they put the dog of some of the attendees to test. There was the “wiggliest tail” or “judge’s favourite’s competition. The event also had Little Rovers present to help kids live their dream and have an opportunity to drive a mini land rover. There was also a great opportunity to watch the amazing Falconry fly and see some creepy crawlies. There was also entertainment for kids like the Punch and Judy show.
Our team looked at the nature of the event and the location to make an initial assessment of the units that will be required, We walked with the team to ensure an appropriate toilet to participant ratio is maintained. Overall, 23 single toilets, 2 disabled with baby change units were supplied to cater for every participant.
The event was a huge success as the attendees experienced a great deal of fun. The organisers and attendees were also please with the adequate provision of toilet facilities as people did not have to queue to use these units. Families with babies were also very happy with the change facility provided. Events and the composition of attendees differ hence we ensure the right types of units are supplied. Overall, the Ashwell Show team was impressed with how these portable toilet units were supplied, placed and cleaned.
